Opinions on my scan. 5’10 almost 33 y/o. I have a right hip replacement (broke it in 2016) and have less mobility/strength in right arm from breaking it as well (thats why it is less muscle then my left I think) Thanks :)
I have been exercising consistently for about a month now. Wake up at 4am everyday, i hit the Tuesday and Thursday-Sunday classes. I played sports in high school and while growing up. I have always been athletic and in decent shape. I eat over 4000 calories a day, over 170 grams of protein per day and close to 4-500 g of carbs per day. I have always struggled putting on weight. I have a strict diet and I take a handful of supplements. Any advice or opinions are welcome. I will get another scan in a 2-3 months to check progress and post it here if I can remember
