High Blood Pressure After Stopping Birth Control
Three weeks ago my GYN had me stop Lo Fe Estrin after being on it for 7 years. Over the past week my HR and Blood Pressure is all over the place. Last week my HR while working at my desk was 78 to 80. Today its 56 to 65. The lower is a bit my normal. Today my blood pressure is elevated at 140/80. Checked it a few times and its hovering around there. It used to be pretty normal.
I am really struggling today with fatigue and brain fog. Like my head is thick.
Is this normal Three weeks after stopping the pill? I am a 55 year old female. I exercise about 10 to 15 hours a week. Resting heart rate of 45. My last echo gram showed an inflamed left part of my heart with some stiffness in the right. I was diagnosed with athletes heart in the past. Not sure if that still holds true.
