Loom and Story 🤢
I recently purchased a kurta set (kurta + pants) from Loom & Story for around ₹2,800 after discounts. The prints were beautiful, but the fabric quality was nowhere near worth the price.
When I raised a return request, I discovered they don't offer refunds—only store credit valid for 6 months. This wasn't clearly disclosed upfront and was buried in their policy pages. What's worse, I had specifically asked them on WhatsApp before ordering whether returns were allowed, and they conveniently replied "yes" without mentioning that refunds are not provided.
Now they're refusing a cash refund, asking me to delete my Instagram comments before they'll even "escalate" the issue to their seniors, and trying to make me feel unreasonable for expecting a refund. To top it off, they want to charge ₹199 for return pickup!
Overall, a very disappointing and misleading shopping experience. I'll definitely think twice before ordering from lesser-known websites again.
