Case western dental school

Hi!
So I am in my thirties, and ever since having kids, my teeth have literally started to fall apart. I don’t do excessive sugar, I drink maybe one homemade cup of coffee a day, the rest just water. Brush/floss like I should. After every kid they just get worse and this past weekend I had another molar break and I just feel so defeated. We are a single income family, so I can’t just keep dumping money into fillings/root canals/ crowns just for them to crumble within a few years, or not be done right and still cause pain. My normal dentist is a jerk anyways so I’m ready to find a new one.
That being said, I’ve seen people recommend case western dental school for affordable dental care. Someone told me they got 20+ extractions and full permanent dentures for $1000!
Has anyone had any experience with getting implants/dentures there that could share their experience?
What did you get done (would like to do something that will still keep my jaw bone structure as I’m only in my early thirties.), what was the cost, how have they held up, etc?
Thanks so much for the help!
