Internet issues
I have had my internet speed locked at 10mbs a second. I am paying for 75:20. I have bought different cables I even bought a Ethernet adapter for my pc. I have done safe restarts looked for viruses, looked in settings for something. I have reinstalled all drivers and checked to make sure they all work and there is no conflicts. what do I do?
