Is CSE possible in the first round of counselling with 2.8k rank? Do i add any other options other than cse? How do i apply for second round of counselling if i dont get my desired seat in the first?

I have CSE cat 3 in vellore and i can get CSE in Manipal blr or ece in main branch, so which one do i pick and why

On the counselling website it shows my aggregate to be 96.6 with pcm. I wanna know if they consider pcm or pcme aggregate cuz my marks will drop if its pcme
