My first successful gluten free loaf that looks like bread🙌🏻
Okay, I need to share the win with people who understand my pain. My daughter and I both have celiac. She was recently diagnosed and that has created the need for more gluten free bread in the home.
I feel like gluten free bread is easily $7-9 in our grocery runs and I’m over the price. A few weeks ago, I took matters into my own hands.
I started with King Arthur’s gluten free bread flour, but the bread was coming out dense and the bag only made 2 loaves.
Today, I tried a recipe with measure for measure gluten free flour (king arthur) and it came out so well! The bread looks like (and tastes like) bread! It feels like a win.
Also, does anyone have any bread tips??
