Need grilling help
So I've cooked a few wings now and they come out the same every time... Moist, juicy, perfect temp....
I F hate it. Listen I'm one of those weirdos that likes dryyyy wings. Very dry. I want the skin to snap. I want the consistency to be close to jerky. I want the moisture to come from the sauce... not the meat. My wife says this is only possible with the fryer... But I love grilling! Any tips or advice?
