[SPOILERS] Why did ragnar go to paris for the second time?
i saw another thread discussing it, and everyone just said "for rollo." that really doesn't answer anything since rollo wouldn't be there if they weren't planning on raiding a second time. they already took the paris loot. They would be better prepared next time. is there an actual reason or is it just cus its fun for the plot?
I googled it and gemini said to get more farming land ? But if that was the case it would make more sense to negotiate for farming land when he had leverage (when he was in paris)
Also i mean he never actually broke into paris? There was absolutely no reason for him to think he could get into paris. And no reason to think theyd transport all of their loot to paris instead of keeping it somewhere else since they could see the vikings were staying to raid next summer. "Ah yes I see vikings are here to raid Paris let me transport all of my gold and silver from rouen to paris and not just keep the minimum amount necessary here until they leave"
i get that its a show and it doesnt actually matter but i enjoy this so idc lol
