hi, recently got a s638 and am fairly new to mp3 players in general. The ones i've used so far have been MPT, however this is a japanese model (which i did convert to english) which i have heard can have different requirements than different regions. So far i've tried jsymphonic, which hasn't worked for some reason (the player always says it had an error downloading library), and while i have virtualbox installed it's been way too slow to actually download sonicstage. I've also just tried drag and drop but all three methods led to the same outcome where the songs are stored on the device, but don't show up as anything, not music or videos or podcasts. If anyone could help me with fixing this issue, it would be super appreciated
