Minari samgyubsal 🍀🐽🤤

I bought sliced samgyeopsal at Costco and picked up some minari from the Korean market.

Steamed it all and dipped it in ponzu sauce.✨

Woo yeah, that combo was insane🍀🐽🤤

Bibimbob and noodle made with Yeolmu Kimchi 🌀

Made two summer Korean dishes with homemade yeolmu kimchi from a Korean ajumma at work — totally obsessed 🌿

My coworker, a Korean ajumma, made a fresh batch of yeolmu kimchi (young radish kimchi) from scratch and gave some to me. I knew I had to do it justice, so I made two classic Korean summer dishes:

🥗 Yeolmu Bibimbap — mixed rice bowl topped with yeolmu kimchi, and all the usual bibimbap goodness. The kimchi added this bright, tangy crunch that just works so well with everything.

🍜 Yeolmu Kimchi noodle — cold noodles in a chilled kimchi broth. This one genuinely blew my mind. So refreshing, a little spicy, slightly sour — basically the perfect summer meal.

Honestly, if you've never had yeolmu kimchi before, you're missing out. It's lighter and fresher than regular kimchi, and Koreans basically consider it a summer essential for good reason.

Huge thank you to my coworker for sharing her homemade kimchi 🩵🩵🩵
