DO NOT SELECT DHL WHEN CHOOSING SHIPPING.
Apparently since early February, AYNTEC aren’t shipping via DHL anymore — they only ship via 4px or yunexpress. No announcement anywhere, DHL still on their shipping policy & options, only if you join their discord you’ll know about it which is quite shady if you ask me.
I unfortunately only found this out after I placed an order (17th April), and despite me sending them an email asking about a free accessory or a partial refund (20th May), surprise surprise two days later, my order got shipped out & yet no email response.
Followed up with another 2 emails yet still nothing. I’m yet to receive my Thor, so unsure if they’ve packed me an accessory or they’ve straight ghosted me lol. Let’s hope I even receive my Thor.
So if you like having your money, email them straight away if you’ve ordered already with DHL, or don’t click DHL if you haven’t ordered - be warned.
Not a happy customer here if you ask me.
