Hi, I have 2 month old seedlings that I’ve been growing in the takeaway tek and I’m noticing that they’re turning brown. Does anyone know why this is happening?

My plants were looking fine a couple of days ago and suddenly they started wilting like this. It has been about 5 days since I deeply bottom watered them.

Too much water or not enough water ?

Update:
I decided to sacrifice one in the name of science and examine the roots. The soil was very dry and not moist at all however the leaves feel soggy. The roots don’t appear brown and still appear white.

My lagochilus seedlings are curling their leaves especially the new leaves. I am bottom watering once a week and the plants are exposed to 12/12 light at 350 ppfd.

Do you think the leaf curling could be from light stress?

I put calloused tbm-b cuttings on top of soil about 2 months ago and they have finally rooted about a month ago. I’ve been top watering about once a week for the last month since they don’t have a lot of roots yet.

Last week I submerged the pot in a bowl of water up to the soil line to fully drench the soil in hopes of fattening the cutting up but it hasn’t worked yet. Any advice?

I really overwatered my erythroxylum seedlings about a week ago and now this one has developed brown spots and the stem appears to be pinching. Is this seedling destined for death?

The top layer of soil was coco coir that I added today to try to help absorb some excess moisture.

I’ve up-potted my lagochilus inebriens seedlings into actual pots instead of the seedling starting tray. I didn’t realize how fragile their root system as are seedlings so moving forward I’ll just sow the seeds in the bigger pots to begin with.

The seedlings were very etiolated in the beginning also so I had to stake them up.

I bottom watered after repotting, but does anyone know about how often to bottom water these plants?
