Hey currently i am having an exam and when I try to write an answer in the exam my heart starts to beat so fast and feels like difficulty in breathing. When i try box breathing techniques, it helps to relax myself. Even though i have completed the whole syllabus and am confident enough that i can get good grades in the exam why am i being so anxious.
Two days ago i came back from exam and out of nowhere one thought came to my mind did i signed the attendance slip given in exam and now i am being anxious and thinking worst possible scenario like do i get withheld from exam but next day i went to exam center and confirmed that i had signed the slip and i was just being anxious.
Any tips to control my anxiety??
I was just being anxious, today i went to my exam centre and asked teacher to look for it and when he checked attendance slip find out that i have sign the attendance slip and another all those who are anxious like me , don't overthink much cause even though you forget to sign in attendance slip it.
Don't cancel your exam , it only helps if later in the exam your answer sheet got lost then the exam center verified whether you are there or not . If you were present there then your answer sheet will be searched once again.
Hi today was my class 12 math exam and i gave exam but i think i have forgot to sign in attendance slip but i have written symbols number name copy number and language.
Do any of you have idea what should I do and do my exam gets cancelled?
