Hello, I am searching for a private landlord or a leasing agent in the Chicago or Chicagoland area that can help me with finding a rental unit by July 1st.

I have a recent discharged bankruptcy on my credit. I have since then built my credit back up to the 630s range. I have adequate income and am willing to pay rent in advance or place advance payments in escrow to ensure approval.
