I'm the founder and CEO of a pre-seed AI safety infrastructure startup. We built enterprise-grade middleware that sits between AI agents and LLMs, enforcing deterministic safety and governance in high-stakes verticals like health tech, enterprise operations, and EdTech.

I don’t have a base salary to offer you on Day 1. What I do have:

  • A Massive Equity Stake (structured with a milestone-based milestone cliff to protect us both).
  • High-Percentage Commission on every customer you bring across the line.
  • A Clear, Immediate Trigger: Land 1–2 customers, our angel round closes, and you instantly convert to a competitive executive base salary + commission.

The product solves a massive, current boardroom headache. Every enterprise deploying AI chatbots is terrified of data leaks, hallucinations, and liability. Regulators are moving fast. Our buyers are platforms deploying customer-facing AI—think digital health, school districts, compliance-heavy enterprise tech, and EdTech apps.

The tech is 100% built, audited, and ready to deploy today. You won't be selling vaporware or waiting on a developer's roadmap. I will handle the deep technical architecture deep-dives on every demo; I just need the hunter who can open the door and manage the pipeline.

What I'm looking for: Someone who is 1–3 years into a B2B tech sales career (SDR/BDR/AE) and tired of crushing someone else's quota to build someone else's wealth. You understand SaaS or tech cycles, you know how to build a clean outbound list, and you can hold a peer-level conversation with a VP or CISO. You want to actually own a massive piece of the company you are building.

What this is not: This is not a casual side-gig or a resume-filler while you look for something else. This is for a high-energy operator ready to take a calculated, high-upside risk on validated tech and secure a founding seat at the table.
