Bought this at a liquor store?

As I said above, I found this in a local liquor park, next to a local marketplace. We stopped in to say hi to a very friendly kitty. (I don’t have any good photos of him but included the one I have for cat tax, lil guy would not stop nuzzling my legs.)
He had these at the front counter, but it was the only non alcohol thing he sold. I believe they were around 10-15$. He was very sweet and gave me additional things for free because he was excited I like tea, haha. I got it mainly for curiosity, I’m largely an oolong person.
Any idea where he got this from? I reverse searched it and got similar packaging on alibaba labeled “direct from farmer”, but not this varietal. Do the leaves seem typical of a dragonwell? I figure I got a little scammed, but I’m still curious.

The liquor store was attached to a Chinese market and specialized in baijiu import. Important distinction there, sorry. I’m mainly just wondering if anyone knows this brand, the packaging hasn’t pulled up any search results.
It was decent! Not the strongest, but definitely very drinkable. The aroma is great, lightly nutty and toasty, not too vegetal/umami.
