hi! I recently committed to scripps as a transfer student (sophomore) and was curious if any other transfers are interested in connecting before august?!?

hello! I recently got accepted into both scripps and pomona as a transfer student (sophomore), and I have to make a decision soon. I toured both schools, but it was after finals so there weren’t really any students there, so I have some questions about each school:

-What are the overall vibes like?

-How stressful is the workload / are ppl generally really stressed?

-I’m most likely going to be a media studies and theatre double major, so I also wanted to know what opportunities related to arts stuff are like at both schools. Are there a lot of arts courses offered?

-How are the gen ed requirements?

-What’s the social life like? Are people generally friendly, or does it feel cliquey?

I’m really trying to pick a school based on what I care about and what feels like the best fit for me, and not necessarily acceptance rates or stuff like that :)
