delivery instructions bomb

Not all of them are like this, but most of them are and this one was the epitome of difficult drop off. had a coded parking garage, two different yellow number 2s, a code to get in the building, a long ass maze of hallways (each turn was about this long), and each side of the building was not connected. so when I went in the wrong number 2 I had to go back out to the parking garage and go to the other side. the dropoff itself took longer than the pickup and drive to the building.

I knew as soon as I saw these delivery instructions it was going to be interesting. to be fair, the instructions were SPOT ON if they just included "the first big yellow 2" because I missed the door by the elevator near the first one (it was semi hidden in an alcove behind the elevator) and assumed it had to be the other one.

wish we could see delivery instructions

EDIT: what makes this worse is the first place I went to, every apartment started with a 1, so I knew I couldn't be in the right place. went up a floor via the stairs and couldn't get back in without a key card. texted her with a question like she put in her notes and she responds with a screenshot of the delivery instructions like I don't know how to read. thank you very much that's super helpful. I did check after and at least she tipped 5 bucks. I was expecting it to be a no tip just to put the cherry on top.
