I saw a lot of posts about the smoked sardines at Costco and decided to give them a try. I don't mind the fishiness but the smokey flavor is too intense for me so I'm looking for recipe suggestions that cut that smokiness a bit. I tried making a Caesar dressing and it's ok but still kind of smokey.

I might just give away the other two jars.
