Title says it all, I did my interview with my background investigator last Wednesday felt like it went good after getting my fingerprints, last Thursday I completed and passed my Polygraph. This afternoon I received an Email from the HR manager saying “ The candidate pool was very competitive.  At this time you are no longer being considered for employment. You can reapply after one year” could it been that I did terrible on the interview part? Or they found something during my background stage?
