When paying rent every 4-weeks: Does a tenant have to give 60 or 28 Days Notice When moving out?
If a tenant is paying rent every 4-weeks, and is on a period-to-period basis as the lease has expired, do they have to give 28 or 60 days notice when they are moving out?
Is paying rent every 4 weeks a 'weekly period' or a 'periodic period'?
Does anyone have any recent experience with this question at the LTB?
