It seems that this has been covered before, but I ran across it tonight for the first time. If you attempt to throw a grenade and switch to your primary last second, the grenade will be embedded into your gun. Your primary, secondary, lockpick, etc. you will not be able to use your grenades for the rest of the match and when you die, the grenade goes off. I’m on Xbox; my buddy on pc. Both of us could recreate this easily. It does sort of make pistols useless, but it’s still fun.
