i feel that my right side of the body is different like my hands they dont have energy they lose grip often and my right foot gets heavy when walking. Has anyone experienced this?
Guyss please please help me! I have Hypermobile EDS. I do not have flat feet and I am not comfortable with shoes with chunky soles as it makes me feel like I am walking on something and makes me feel somewhat unstable. I have been using Skechers Bobs since last year but I want to change the brand as the cushioning wears out really fast so something better quality. A shoe that has wide toe box and that will give my feet space in the shoe box and support me too when I am standing. So not something with a tall sole. I don’t know if I can make you understand but people with EDS might understand. I have done some research and I see HOKA BONDI but no it does not look like the kind of shoe that would support me. I want to feel like I am bare footed for that support!
