Changed my Gamertag, now L4d2 won’t let me sign in
Yesterday I changed my gamertag. I didn’t think it would cause this many issues. Left 4 Dead 2 won’t let me sign in anymore, it gives me this code. I feel like I have tried everything including contacting support, which.. seemingly doesn’t exist for either Xbox or Microsoft. Here’s what I have tried so far:
- turning off recurring billing
- signing out and back in
- removing the profile from my Xbox and re adding it
- console reset/restart
- cleared cache
- cleared local Xbox 360 storage
- deleted and re installed the game
- signing out of my series x profile and then trying to sign in to my 360 profile
I’m seriously at a loss here. I just want to play my beloved l4d2. It seems like it no longer recognizes me or thinks the game isn’t mine due to the gamertag change. HELP!!
