Tiktok Shop system keeps rejecting my application and saying my prood of adresse is altered , i have already opened a case and talked to a agent and uploaded a video of my driver licence and proof of address , but always the same result

Have someone faced this issue before and resolve it , if yes please let me know if there is some tipps i can do thanks guys 🙏
