Need help finding a tattoo

I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit, but I’m hoping someone here might be able to help.
I’m trying to find the original tattoo flash/design that my dad got tattooed around the year 2000. He had it done at a tattoo shop on Branch Avenue in Rhode Island, and according to him, the design came from one of the tattoo flash books that were available in the shop at the time.
I’ve attached a photo of the tattoo and would love to know if anyone recognizes it, remembers the artist, the shop, or even the specific flash book it may have come from. I know there’s a chance it was modified or that the original source may be difficult to track down after all these years, but any leads would be greatly appreciated.
