Bootstrapped my SaaS to ~$8K MRR and finally started running Meta ads. Problem is, I suck at design and copywriting.

I was quoted $3K/month for an agency (lol no) and tried making ads in Canva myself — they performed worse than my worst-performing organic post.

I've been looking at AI tools that claim to generate creatives and manage budgets automatically, but most feel like vaporware.

For those of you actually spending $500–$2K/month on Meta ads: what does your workflow look like? Are you doing everything manually? Using any tools that actually work? Or did you bite the bullet and hire someone?

Would love to hear what's actually working in 2026, not theory.
