I spent 3 months building a baby meal plan so you don't have to here's week 1 completely free

Hey everyone 👋 I'm a first-time mom who got completely overwhelmed by starting solids. Every article said something different, and I was spending hours every week figuring out what to feed my baby.

So I spent the last 3 months testing recipes, building meal plans, and figuring out what actually works for real busy parents.

Here's week 1 for free hope it helps someone:

🌅 BREAKFAST

Mon – Banana oat mash

Tue – Sweet potato puree

Wed – Blueberry oatmeal

Thu – Scrambled egg bites (6m+)

Fri – Avocado mash on soft toast

Sat – Peach & pear blend

Sun – Peanut butter oat balls

🥗 LUNCH

Mon – Butternut squash puree

Tue – Broccoli & pea mash

Wed – Lentil & spinach stew

Thu – Carrot & apple blend

Fri – Zucchini & potato mash

Sat – Green pea puree

Sun – Beet & blueberry puree

🍽️ DINNER

Mon – Salmon & pea mash

Tue – Chicken & sweet potato

Wed – White fish & broccoli

Thu – Chickpea & carrot mash

Fri – Turkey & apple blend

Sat – Tofu & mango puree

Sun – Soft beef & vegetable blend

I also track allergens, freezer storage times, and feeding progression by age in the full version.
