best warmups/workouts to prevent injury?
recently ive been practicing around 2-3 hours every day and i have started having a bit of shoulder pain. i want to avoid injury but when i looked searched for warmups and workouts to help i was overwhelmed by how many it showed so i was wondering what the best ones would be.
