I am a 20-year-old female who has been experiencing small, scattered pimple-like bumps on my buttocks for about a month. They are not clustered together, and I have not noticed any bumps or lesions on my vaginal area. Initially, I thought the bumps might be related to using an electric razor or applying oil to the area frequently.

More recently, I have developed a fishy vaginal odor along with a light red colored discharge. I also had unprotected sex prior to these symptoms. I am looking for advice on what could be causing these symptoms and whether I should be evaluated for an infection or sexually transmitted infection.

20F so I’ve been having small pimples on my butt nothing on my vagina and I’ve been there for a month now I figured it was because I had electric razor and I was also using oil a lot, but now I have a fishy smell with light colored discharged please any advice
