Hey guys, I have started to experience this weird sensation in my triceps after doing the PPL split. First time I experienced it was while laying down and extending my arm towards my backside, which caused me to feel something like a string going through my triceps. It does not affect anything at all and stays in the triceps area; I also do not feel any pain at all but it feels weird and I am worried if I should go and visit a doctor. Did any one of you experience a similar thing? Please let me know
