Gratitude post - became intolerant

A couple months ago I got suddenly inflicted with food poisoning twice within a 6 month period. After that happened I became lactose intolerant.

I was worried because I drink a glass of milk with nearly every meal of the day. I just assumed I got into my mid 20’s and this was just a part of life.

However I still continued drinking milk a couple times a month, and eventually my intolerance went away, I learned that stomach flus/food poisoning can deeply affect your digestive system and needs time to recover. So eventually my stomach recovered and now I’m back to drinking milk constantly unaffected.

Has anything like this happened to you? Even with foods outside milk after certain sicknesses? I wasn’t sure if it was common knowledge to need extended stomach recovery time.

Testosterone 759 —> 433 as 22 year old

Hi, over the past 3 years my testosterone has decreased by 40%, when I was 19 I started getting testosterone tests during blood panels.

Only changes since have been not taking certain testosterone supplements (fadogia agrestis, tongat Ali, creatine, some ashwaganda) and not exercising as consistently. Probably 3-4 times a week to once a week.

433 spring 2026

Online says only drastic life changes could affect testosterone this much, but I haven’t had any besides the decrease in exercise. I consistently sleep good. Can anyone relate or support taking those supplements I previously took? I stopped taking them out of curiosity that my t would decrease and after 3 years I guess it’s safe to say I should try them again and start exercising😅
