Struggling a bit boys
Boys I'm struggling at the moment and don't know what to do right now.
I finished my apprenticeship last year and have been given a bigger role in the company I work for. I feel so out of my depth. I'm running jobs just barley staying a float.
I'm learning things on the fly that I've never encountered before. I'm stressing about the week and then things come up that blow my week out and fuck everything up.
I know I'm not meant to know everything but its getting to a point I'm making silly mistakes, extremely forgetful over little things. I'm ordering materials and somehow forget or order the wrong item.
Is this normal? Will I look at this in 6 months and go "wow I've learnt a lot"
I'm considering a change. Leaving electrical all together. I don't know what to do
