second-chance with mean girl fmc
I’m looking for this second-chance book I read years ago. All I remember is that it was the second book of a series, with the protagonist being the previous book’s mean-girl.
Amanda was previously with the MMC (cannot remember his name) and they broke up/ got divorced because Amanda was mean to her sister Elizabeth or Annabelle or something. Amanda and MMC have a son (name starts with a T I think, Teddy or Terry).
The story follows their son as he tries to match make them back together. Amanda is also now poor/struggling financially, so she gets a job as a school teacher. The MMC I think threatens her with taking custody of their son, bc he thinks she’s still the evil person she was.
Amanda’s only friends are this couple, Claire and some guy. Their son is Teddy’s best friend. The kids try to match make Amanda and her ex back together. There was a scene with a model airplane or ship between Teddy and his dad.
Please help me find this. I feel like it pops up in my head randomly every few years. If you read this too, pls help!!
