My account was hacked and terminated on april 7th and i sent my 1st MDIR about 2 weeks ago through my schools mail system so im not even sure if it got sent. On a recent post i posted about my ban i was told to clean my pc and check for viruses and i found a trojan and a remote access thing using Malwarebytes. I also found a note named password.txt or something with over 245k random passwords. Im probably going to sent my 2nd MDIR today since i have more evidence and its overall better then my 1st one.

It all started when I was asleep on April 9 around 6 PM. I saw a message on my phone, and it was from Roblox. The message said I had violated the Terms of Service. I logged into Roblox, but nothing seemed off since I could still play games, although my avatar was completely gray. I shrugged it off and went back to sleep.

Later, I got on my PC and saw that my account had been banned because of some really bad messages sent in Adopt Me. I sent an appeal, and the ban was lowered to 7 days. On April 10, I sent another appeal because I was very impatient. On my way to school, I got a quick reply, and boom—I was permanently banned again.

Fast forward to after the 30-day appeal window. Roblox was still responding to my tickets and even acknowledged that my account had been compromised and restored access to me. Even though I had access to the account again, the moderation remained. I sent another message on the same inquiry explaining the situation, but no luck.

I stopped sending appeals for a while, then eventually decided to send another one, but it still hasn't received a response.

I'm currently waiting for Roblox to respond to my MIDR. It's been about 2–3 weeks. I've tried everything, and I'm still banned and they just don't respond to anything.
