Need Advice on Losing Weight Without a Strict Diet

I'm a 21-year-old male, 5'10" (178 cm), and currently weigh 90 kg, which puts my BMI at around 29. My goal is to lose about 10 kg within the next 1–2 months.

The thing is, I don't want to follow an extremely strict diet plan. I'm looking for a simple, sustainable approach to eating that can help with weight loss. I'm definitely willing to exercise, preferably with home workouts rather than going to a gym.

One thing I'm curious about is body composition. My chest is about 23 inches across (2XL Size fits me), and I've always had a relatively broad build. Could a larger frame be contributing to my weight, or is that unlikely to make a significant difference?

Also, my main goal right now is weight loss, not muscle building. I may focus on gaining muscle later, but for now, I'm primarily interested in reducing body weight and body fat.

I'd appreciate any advice on simple diet changes, effective home workouts, and whether my weight-loss goal is realistic. Thanks!
