Montrose Songwriter Looking for Cajon / Cocktail Kit / Percussionist
I'm a 34-year-old songwriter in the Montrose area looking for a percussionist to jam with and help develop a new batch of original songs.
The project is built around a guitalele (a six-string ukulele tuned like a guitar) and blends elements of:
- Indie rock
- Folk rock
- Alternative
- Singer-songwriter
I'm specifically interested in someone who plays:
- Cajon
- Cocktail drum kit (This would be awesome)
- Hand percussion
- Brushes
- Shakers
- Tambourine
- Any creative low-volume percussion setup
The current songs range from energetic and upbeat to reflective and melodic. The goal is to keep things organic and human rather than over-produced.
