I applied for voluntary redundancy, and was rejected on the grounds that my teaching hours would still be needed after a restructuring. I wanted o it and handed in my notice. However, they appointed someone internally for my role, and therefore my no one was appointed for my teaching hours. In fact they made an extra person redundant. Essentially making those hours redundant. Can I appeal the decision?
