Hello! I took 60 and 40ug (redose) earlier today but im on antipsychotics so not alot happened visually. Not too long ago i began crying over a video i saw that i felt “connected” to due to personal experiences. Then my boyfriend thought meditation would help after i stopped crying , so we meditate, and i just bawl my eyes out. I felt as i was dissociating with myself, like i was floating in and outside of my head? It was like i wasnt my body anymore.
Now im sitting outside and i cant shake that feeling, the world also is a little shakey.
Is this normal? Is this just me “tripping” on lsd for the first time?
