I read that book by the bassist of the fall and I'm hooked again - has anyone any deep dark cuts that captures the late 70s post punk sound - dark and sense of dread like a funky K hole, all appreciated

I've scouted most the usual suspects but I'm hungry for more, can be from any era but please shout me - I'm ignorant!
