Hi everyone!

My laptop is about 2 years old and has been experiencing a strange issue the last couple of weeks.

Whenever I use an application that utilizes textboxs in some way (could be google docs, ellipsis, YouTube search, etc.) all of my tabs/applications currently open will freeze and then close at once. If I reopen the program, all the windows will come back, stay for a few seconds regardless if I click around or not, and it’ll close again. I rinsed and repeated this and discovered that after about 4-5 times of opening the browser, it’ll function normally.

I’ve tried to power off my computer and check for any updates and I also did a virus scan of my computer. Any suggestions/tips?
