Hey friends, I have a 600sqft upper east coast beach cottage with 100 amp service and want to upgrade the small 30 gallon electric water heater(not helpful for 5 people)

All electric, no gas connection possible- we dont generally use a lot of electricity

we have an electric stove, microwave, and use a wndow AC at night... Plenty of room in the panel

Should this upgrade work fine?

This model states 11kw 50amps and can run a shower and sink
