Given I will provide all the documentation for the income and expenses.

I got an RFE for a joint sponsor because my income was about $1,000 below the requirement on my tax return. I think some Schedule C expenses may have been entered incorrectly, which lowered my AGI.

If I file a 1040-X amended return and the updated AGI goes above the requirement, would USCIS usually accept that? Has anyone had success responding to an RFE with an amended tax return?
