Since new consular case processing has stopped with the last case had Priority date of February 2026 are there any active lawsuits or petitions that are working on getting it to move?

What it currently sounds like for 3 months nobody did anything and for the next whatever months nobody is going to take an action.

Is there any ongoing activity to get it back to processing new consular cases? What does it mean for us?

Priority Date: July 2025

Was expecting to get an approval by early 2027 but there seems to be no estimated date anymore since there is zero movement in months!
