My question is about the two corners on the wall with the drain. This pan will be curbless with 24x48 inch tile. The slotted lines are my hypothetical grout lines (I know the numbers dont line up. This is just a quick drawing)

My question is for slope/drainage. What exactly am I supposed to do with the 2 corners as far as slope goes? How am I supposed to achieve the proper slope without lippage? Or is it 100% necessary to bring the drain off the wall to have my proper relief or envelope cuts?
