I fly tomorrow and would like to check the policy for battery packs and rechargeable batteries.

I‘m flying with a toddler and a baby from UK to US, so devices having power is rather important.

i have two batteries packs in my hand luggage, a 10,000mAh and a 20,000mAh.

in our suitcase, my son has a kids camera which takes rechargeable Duracell batteries 4x 2,500 mAh (so 10,000mAh total in the toy), I then have a spare set still in packaging So another 4x2,500mAh (10,000mAh).

is this ok?

ultimately we need the devices for our trip, I just want to take them in the best way to not have them confiscated.

hello, is there an email for customer services? every time I go through the contact form, the request times out and i get an error.

the specific question is that I have signed up for an eSIM for my trip to the states, I need the sim for exactly a month, my billing cycle is 28th June, but I want the sim until 30th June, I’m planning to activate it 1st June.

how can I ensure that I have the sim for a month but don’t get billed for a second month?
