Hi everyone, I’m about a month into chronic vertigo and after seeing an ENT, Neurologist and getting lots of testing done (MRI, balance checks, etc) they believe I have Vestibular Neuritis (VN).

I have the choice between Mt Sinai’s Ear Institute or Rusk Rehabilitation at NYU for Vestibular Rehabilitation therapy, but I’m not sure which to go with.

Could anyone share their experiences or recommendations? Thank you!
