Super playable totally not annoying retro look.

I messed up the interior and need to redo it but idk how to, pls help, i still wanna do a spiral staircase along the wall

I need advice on the interior please, I was thinking of a spiral staircase along the wall, but the second floor is skinnier then the first, so i don't know how to build it, pls help
