Opinion on 1 "super easy" run (55% of max HR) per week

I currently run about 80 km (6.5-7 hours) a week. 7 times a week, 3 workouts, 1 easy long, all vanilla up to now. But then once a week I run with my partner, she is a decent chunk slower than me, like 100s slower than my easy pace. I am going to continue doing this even if suboptimal, but what is the general opinion on this sub about this?

I have noticed that after the weekend (3x10 min + long run), I feel a bit beat up and a Monday super easy refreshes me. Of course there are also the mental and social benefits.

But, I am more curious about physiologically, I have never seen anyone running at such low HR max, is there any point to it?
